Our highly trained CAD/CAM machinists will produce your products with an emphasis on quality, value and aesthetics.  From small run prototypes to long production runs, our quality and on-time delivery are un-matched in the industry.

We utilize Mastercam and SolidWorks software packages for efficient communication with you. This allows us to provide feedback based on our machining experience to produce the best value in cost and function for your products.

We create the best value for your products by utilizing state of the art machines such as the multi axis/spindle Mazak Integrex, Mazak vertical VCN510CKY and the most versatile Mazak horizontal PFH-4800.

Along with the Mazak machines we have a full complement of Milltronics machining centers to allow us to offer fast, efficient and cost conscious production machining.

To compliment the manufacturing process and ensure quality products we have a state of the art inspection room which includes a Zeiss Spectrum 700 Coordinate Measuring Machine and an Inficon UL1000FAB Helium Leak Detector.

The helium leak detector mass spectrometer is used to detect leaks in machined, welded, and brazed components used in vacuum and high pressure applications found in scientific instrumentation. Leak rates as small as 1 x 10-12 cc/sec can be found with this instrument.
